Does AGent+ kill Covid-19?
- Labofine Analytical Services and Solutions has confirmed the use of AGent+® Hard Surface spray to eliminate SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
- The Labofine study, commissioned by AGent Plus Solutions LLC, the makers of AGent+® Cleaner & Protectants, reports a 99.9% reduction of SARS-CoV-2 at a three-minute contact time per applicable ASTM International Standards.
Is AGent+ on the EPA list of approved disinfectants for Covid-19?
- While elements of our product are separately EPA approved, AGent+ has not registered with the EPA at this time.
Is AGent+ new? I have heard more about it lately with the current pandemic.
- AGent+ was created in 2011 in Wisconsin. After knowing we had a superior product as we saw our customer base continue to grow in multiple industries, we received our patent in 2018 to solidify our place in a market we are still defining.
Is there an odor with AGent+?
- AGent+ has two formulas…Multi-Purpose and Hard Surface. Our naturally derived products have a citrus smell to them when you open the bottle. After application, there is a similar odor that dissipates within an hour or two eliminating most odors with it.
Can i buy AGent+ at a store?
- Currently, AGent+ is only available for purchase online. Please keep a look out in the future for retail locations as we continue to grow.
How can you say your product lasts 3 days?
- Our patented Multi-Purpose solution has a formula that creates an invisible layer on a surface that continues to regenerate ions for up to 3 days. Additionally, our patented Hard Surface formula’s layer regenerates ions for up to 24 hours. We have numerous independent studies and results so feel free to ask!
Will your product harm surfaces?
- Unlike competing products, AGent+ is naturally derived with no harsh chemicals to harm surfaces.
How is AGent+ applied?
- Though a number of our Major League Baseball and student housing customers use an electrostatic sprayer to apply AGent+, the most common form is a spray and wipe application with a microfiber cloth. Please note dwell times with application.
What is "dwell" time?
- It is the ‘contact time’ or how long a product needs to sit and remain wet. Please note dwell time with AGent+ or any other product used.
Can I use AGent+ in my car?
- AGent+ has been effective at eliminating cigarette and marijuana odors from vehicles. More recently with virus concerns, our product is being used to clean and protect.
Is "Hard Surface" only hard surfaces?
- In short, no. Both products can be used on either hard or porous surfaces. The difference is in the binding agent. If you are going to be using repeatedly over the course of the day on the same surface, we suggest the Hard Surface. Other than that, both can be used to effectively clean and protect any surface, the difference is in the length of protection.
Why are the 2 formulas different colors?
- So we can tell them apart! But in reality, there are two different formulas and the combination of different elements, some of which procured from different suppliers, create two unique colors. Being able to more easily tell them apart is just a happy coincidence!
